MINUTES OF SPECIAL BILL-PAYING MEETING – APRIL 19, 2002

A special bill-paying meeting of the Chestnuthill Township Board of Supervisors was called to order by Chuck Gould at 6:30 A.M. on Friday, April 19, 2002, at the Municipal Building, Route 715, Brodheadsville. Those present were Chuck Gould (Chairman), Maureen Tatu, and Mike Possinger.

Approval to Pay the Bills.

On motion by Mike, seconded by Maureen, it was voted to pay the bills for both the General and State Funds (3-0).

Request to Transfer Monies in the State Fund.

Cathy Baker requested approval to transfer $4100.00 from Snow Removal (432) to Equipment Purchases (430.74). This is to cover a shortage of funds in Equipment Purchases needed to pay for the roller recently purchased. This was approved upon motion by Maureen, seconded by Mike (3-0).

Adjournment.

Upon motion by Mike, seconded by Maureen, the meeting adjourned at 6:32 A.M. (3-0).
